I’m working with Matt Kap on the sequel to his first game Castle in the Darkness. Matt is responsible for game design, art and music while I’m handling all technical aspects of the game.
I wrote the game engine from scratch using C++, based on previous game prototypes I made in my spare time. Currently we are using the following tools and frameworks:
This is an indie project. We are making good progress, but as of 2024 it is still unclear if and when this will be released. Our aim is to sell the game on PC and consoles when it’s done, most likely with the help of a publisher.
